All the staff in the funeral directors were lovely, helpful, and very understanding. When i went to organise the funeral for my mum, they were patient and caring towards me at this hard time. When i went to see my mum in the chapel of rest, i felt that if i had any questions etc they were there for me to ask or speak to. I felt my mum was well looked after by the staff in their care in the chapel of rest.

Wonderful service from Christine, Wendy and Celebrant Claire. The arrangements were well suited and organised. The team from beginning to end were amazing. I would like to express my thanks and appreciation to the lovely people at W. Williams & Son for the service provided in the organisation of my mum's funeral this week.
From day one when I contacted Kate and when they collected Mum from home with dignity and compassion and right through to the funeral day with Sue and her team, we couldn't have been more impressed with the service provided. Thank you to you all.
Highly recommended to anyone with the sad duties of funeral arrangements.

Williams an Sons. Were very helpful in arranging my sister funeral. Christine, helped me an my family with the arrangements. She was understanding an gave use to useful advice.
She was also helpful when it came the view of my sister. The place was quiet an peaceful. Which made it easy to say are goodbyes.
Sarah an Jamie who did the service to celebrate , my sister's life. Were all so very understanding an helpful. Before the service an also on the day an after the service. All family an friends said the help from Williams an Sons, helped them to remember my sister. We all would like to thank them for all there help an support.
