When Mum passed, Williams & Bell came to collect her with dignity and care, which meant so much to us as a family.
Georgia and Christine helped us through the funeral arrangements with kindness and compassion, ensuring we were comfortable and happy with every detail.
Kylie, our funeral bearer, communicated with us ahead of Mum’s funeral and gently guided our family throughout the day. She was courteous, professional, and incredibly supportive. We were especially moved by the respect she showed in walking in front of Mum’s hearse to the church, a moment that touched all our family and showed her dedication and professionalism.
This is the second time we have used Williams & Bell, Whitby, Ellesmere Port, and once again we received outstanding care, empathy, and support throughout.

All the staff in the funeral directors were lovely, helpful, and very understanding. When i went to organise the funeral for my mum, they were patient and caring towards me at this hard time. When i went to see my mum in the chapel of rest, i felt that if i had any questions etc they were there for me to ask or speak to. I felt my mum was well looked after by the staff in their care in the chapel of rest.

From day one when I contacted Kate and when they collected Mum from home with dignity and compassion and right through to the funeral day with Sue and her team, we couldn't have been more impressed with the service provided. Thank you to you all.
