We are very grateful for the professionalism and care shown by this funeral company. They collected the body and prepared everything with great respect and attention to detail. Glen is extremely kind and helpful, he made sure we were satisfied. They also handled the handover to another company for the transfer to Poland smoothly and professionally. During a very difficult time, their support and compassion meant a lot to us. We can highly recommend this company for their professionalism and empathy. 😇

My mother in law had a pre paid funeral set up so when she passed we were unsure as to what to expect. Williams and Bell arrived within a few hours of her passing and from start to end were so kind, caring and compassionate. Glen and the team at their Birkenhead branch were exceptional, a five star service. On the day of Ethel's funeral everything went smoothly and was so dignified. Ethel had the perfect send off. Thank you all so much.

Glen and the 2 Jos have just handled my mum's funeral.my mum had very specific instructions and glen handled them with respect and dignity.. one being a whicker basket which was beautiful..I was kept informed of everything along the way ....all the team on the day were well dressed and polite and courteous..glen also over saw my dad's funeral 2 years ago so we had no hesitation to deal with them again.
