I lost my daughter, my only child, she was 55 but it's never a good age for parents to lay a child to rest.
My granddaughter helped me to find a funeral directors . I had organised a funeral for a friend a few years ago and I wanted to use the same company for my daughter. It came to light that Simple Sendoffs is not the company I
had used last time.
However, I am so glad we found Simple Sendoffs by mistake because Liz and Tom, plus their staff are fabulous, from start to finish.They made us feel so relaxed, as if we were friends, and nothing was too much trouble.
They were so supportive of the family. We picked the ashes up today and again, we were greeted with so much warmth.
Also the cost of the cremation was a lot less than we
expected to pay and the ashes were in a lovely, colourful tube then in a long hessian bag.
I can't stress enough about the beautiful way we were treated, and I can honestly recommend Simple Sendoffs to anyone and everyone. I know I will be having a Simple Sendoffs cremation when my time comes.

In some ways, the name doesn't do Tom and Liz and their team justice, because they are utterly lovely and did a brilliant job of my partner's father's funeral.
From the very first phone call, to our last-minute request for Tom to read the eulogy, everything about the way we were treated was first class.
The price did come in at less than the other places we looked at, so I do understand the name of the business, but it certainly doesn't mean there's anything 'budget' about the way we were treated. There is a kindness and compassion to Liz and Tom that made a real difference to us at this most difficult of times.
Thanks to you both, and to your team, for everything you did to help us make the day as easy and as special as it could be.

Liz and Tom are beautiful humans. They went that little bit further in arranging the date of my father’s funeral so that I could be there without having to change international flights. The coffin, car & ceremony were perfect. Their pricing may be simple (i.e. completely honest) but their service is not. Thank you!!

Cant recommend Liz and Tom at Simple Send Offs enough. They took care of everything for my wife's funeral, nothing was too much trouble and the price you see is the price you pay with no hidden extras. They're caring and compassionate and guided us through a very difficult time. Thanks to you both.

Liz,Tom and the team provided outstanding support and professionalism throughout the entire process of Chris's celebration of life.
Every detail was carefully organised and communicated clearly which helped relieve a lot of stress for our family.
They treat Chris our loved one with the utmost respect, and the service was both beautiful and meaningful.
We are very thankful for all their care and would highly recommend them.
