Robert and Karen were recommended to us by many friends following the sudden death of my partner. My son and I had no idea as to how to arrange a funeral. Once we contacted Robert there was no need to worry as he took us through the process with kindness and dignity. The office didn’t feel like a funeral directors it was a welcoming space. As we were very upset the funeral was arranged over three visits. Robert was very sensitive when we were choosing a coffin and made practical suggestions regarding the flowers. There were many examples available for the order of service which made it easy to choose one. Robert kept in touch throughout by both email and phone which made the whole experience very personal. He even recommended places to have the Refreshments following the funeral. We chose a photo tribute as part of the service and Karen scanned old photos for us. The celebrant, Janette, chosen by Robert was amazing both before and at the funeral. The funeral was just as we wanted it, a celebration of a wonderful life. After the funeral Robert took my son and I to my Fathers grave to lay some of the flowers. Overall the care and professionalism of Robert and Karen went above and beyond what is expected. They really care about their clients. They are more than worthy of their five star rating. To my son and I they were not funeral directors, they were friends who helped us navigate a very dark time something we would like to thank them for.

Thanks to Robert and Karen for supporting us through the loss of our Mum. They were so kind and informative and patient and they made sorting everything out so much easier. There were some tricky family issues which they handled very sensitively and made sure everything went as well as it possibly could. They helped communicate with people through the process and definitely went the extra mile for us and Mum. I would highly recommend their services.

From the initial phone call to Robert Quinn Funeral Directors through to the Funeral Service, both Robert and Karen were at all times thoughtful, compassionate, understanding and supportive. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Their kindness and support enabled the loss and bereavement of two very dear friends somewhat easier to bear. They ensured everything went well on the day of the funeral and helped with all the arrangements professionally and with the greatest of care and detail. Thank you so very much. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
