During the most difficult time of my life so far, Owen's Funeral Home provided truly excellent care and service following the death of my beloved husband and throughout his funeral arrangements.
From the very first contact, both Lorraine was compassionate, patient and deeply respectful. She took her time to listen, explain everything clearly and guide me through each step without ever making me feel rushed or overwhelmed. The kindness and professionalism of Alex and Lorraine brought comfort at a time it was very much needed.
The funeral itself was handled with great dignity and attention to detail. Everything was organised beautifully allowing family and friends to focus on remembering and honouring my husband.
I am extremely grateful for the care, support and understanding shown by Alex and Lorraine. Their service made an incredibly difficult experience more manageable, and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing compassionate, personalised and reliable funeral care.

Massive thanks to Lorriane and her super talented team. We lost our brother unexpectedly at the age of 36, and owens have been there every step of the way for us as a family. On the day Alex was outstanding in how she conducted herself and her passion for her job really showed. She is kind, compassionate and the most loving soul to be around. Thankyou Alex for looking after us at a time we needed it most, it wasn't unnoticed. Lorraine you should be proud of yourself and your team, they are the best of the best. When our daughter died the trauma and grief that we felt was awful. We had no anticipation of this or understanding of the process that we now had to endure. Owens funeral directors, a family ran business,we feel became an extension to our family. The support, understanding, guidance and patience was truly outstanding. Alex and her mum Lorraine showed compassion beyond any expectations.
They made this life changing event a passage that we could manage.
We will always be grateful and thankful to them.

Owens have been amazing right from the start. They couldn't have been any more sympathetic or understanding. I very suddenly lost my teenage son and they really made such a traumatic time the easiest it could have been. Nothing was too much trouble and they worked around what I could do. Such a lovely small family business. Couldn't recommend them enough. Thank you all.
