Lovely kind staff particularly Annette, Larissa and Andrew. The florist rose to the challenge of doing a new style of floral tribute which broke down in to individual posies which were a massive hit with everyone. In conclusion a very sad and difficult time was made easy to navigate and as painfree as possible.

I can not fault the care and consideration given by all the members of the team during the sad time of laying my Father to rest. The Ladies in the office Annette and Larissa who dealt with the details, Andrew and the Gentlemen with the hearse and the Celebrant at the service. First class all the way. Also the lovely touches such as the framed picture and the attendance cards in a box that we were given afterwards.Thank you.

My dad sadly passed away at the beginning of August and I honestly had no idea what to do or who to contact. I had a look online for local funeral directors and came across O.W Ellis in Hawarden and initially just rang them to ask for some advice.
The phone was answered by a lovely lady called Annette, who couldn’t have been more helpful and despite not yet using their services, she kindly spent time with me on the phone explaining everything and putting me at ease.
Following this initial call, we decided to arrange a meeting with Annette to discuss funeral arrangements, and her professionalism and kindness reassured us that we had chosen the right company to ensure that my dad was well cared for and that he had the best service he deserved.
Everything was perfectly arranged from start to finish, and we were contacted regularly in the days leading up to the funeral to ensure that all the details were exactly how we wanted them.
The staff on the day of the service were incredible and we loved how they had made some touching gestures, such as wearing light blue ties due to my dad being an avid Manchester City supporter. O.W Ellis also arranged the celebrant for us to lead the service and she was also wonderful and created the most beautiful service for my dad.
I will forever be grateful to the company for taking care of everything, during what has been a very difficult and emotional time for my family and I.

After my Mum sadly passed away, I faced one of the most difficult period of my lifetime and I am so glad that O.W. Ellis happen to be my local Funeral Director. The service that the team of Annette, Larissa and Andy provided was simply perfect. From the very fist phone call, all the way to the after Mum's Funeral had taken place, the care, compassion and reassurances of the arrangements and the ease to fine tune anything ahead of the service was immense and is something I will never forget as it made Mum's final journey a perfect one. Also, I fully recommend Hayley the Celebrant as she was also amazing. Once again, thank you for everything and all your help and support through a very sad time.
