From the very first phone call to the Bebington office, Kay put us immediately at ease — calm, kind, and clearly experienced in supporting families through such a difficult time. Our meeting with Roger was equally reassuring; he listened carefully, guided us through the arrangements with patience, and made the whole process feel manageable rather than overwhelming. In the days that followed, when I had further questions and small details to check, every query was handled promptly and with genuine care — nothing was ever too much trouble.
The staff on the day of the funeral were simply excellent. Professional, respectful, and attentive throughout, they ensured that everything ran smoothly so that we could focus entirely on celebrating a remarkable life. My mother-in-law's service was truly beautiful — a fitting tribute to 97 wonderful years.

We have used Lawrence Jones twice over the years first for my Grandads funeral back in 2016 and most recently with my nans. I have to say the service they provide is exceptional, they are so caring, supportive and took care of everything for us. I couldn't recommend the team enough. They looked after both the family and the deceased with such care and respect, nothing was too much trouble. Thank you to the team at Lawrence Jones from all of our family. Outstanding service.

We as a family would like to offer our heartfelt thanks to Tina, Kay, Roger, Martin and all the guys at Laurence Jones for their care, empathy and support.
The funeral arrangements were made easy for the family during such a sad and difficult time of my mum's passing. The whole process from start to finish was seamless and stress free.
The service was beautiful and the flowers were stunning too, we as a family could not have asked for anything more. The attention to detail was first class and anything we needed or asked for was never too much.
We always knew that the support was there and that gave us comfort knowing we could rely on Laurence Jones every step of the way. Overall the service we received throughout was second to none, we really could feel the sympathy and compassion towards the family during this emotional time.
I would not hesitate in any way in recommending Laurence Jones for your funeral arrangements.

Thank you to all the staff at Laurence Jones for looking after my Dad, everything was organised to perfection. The family couldn't have wished for anything more. Everybody from start to finish treated us with respect and dignity, and they were eager to involve us as much as possible throughout the journey. In the chapel of rest Rod was at peace which brought me comfort. It's difficult being in New Zealand but knowing you were looking after him made it easier for me.
The service was beautiful, can't thank you enough. The flowers were perfect, exactly what I wanted. Something full of colour and life, and little off tradition like Rod!
It's certainly not easy loosing a relative, this has been particularly hard loosing Rod, he was a gentle soul and one of a kind. Thank you for treating him so wonderfully.
