Thank you, just doesn’t seem enough. Everything that needed to be done, they did it with heart, kindness and compassion. Having to arrange a funeral is something that I never thought i would ever have to do. That being said, the staff at Debbie's are second to none. From the moment I walked in, I felt comfortable, no pressure or pushing. These guys and girls are simply amazing at what they do. From the arrangers ( Kate, Lois & Sophie) to the car drivers and the funeral ( Deebie and David) directors themselves. Even now, with the last few little bits, going above and beyond. I would like to say a special thanks to Sophie, for taking the time to speak to me personally about things, for taking the time to make me feel like a person not just a statistic. Sophie, youre a wonderful human being. Thanks for being my friend through this difficult time.

I cannot thank the team enough for the care, compassion, and professionalism they showed during such a difficult time for our family. From our very first meeting, they treated us with kindness, patience, and genuine understanding. Nothing was too much trouble, and every detail was handled with dignity and respect.
They guided us through each step with sensitivity, making what felt overwhelming much more manageable. The service itself was beautifully arranged and carried out flawlessly, allowing us to focus on remembering and honouring our loved one.

We received amazing professional and compassionate service from Debbie Bennett, Funeral Directors in Prescott. Her daughter Gemma with Lois and Sophie arranged the horse and carriage, doves, piper and the service, with music and photographs, at Greenacres, Rainhill. Dave the celebrant spent time with us at home and delivered a lovely and moving eulogy, getting laughs and tears - and a round of applause. John managed the day and got us through it with his understanding style. We were with the very best, at the time we needed it most.

Debbie Bennett team organized my beautiful mother's funeral more than I expected. With respect and attention to the details, with understanding and compassion. Wasn't rushed and everything according to how was planned. Very professional and great communication. They offered the best package at the best price too. I would definitely recommend them and after being turned down or treated not well by other funeral homes the team at Debbie Bennett took everything unther their wings creating a memorable experience and offering us the best funeral my mother deserved.
