We used Charles Stephens for my Mums funeral and they were excellent. Everyone we dealt with was so understanding and helpful and they really made the whole experience easier to deal with. They were sensitive to the requirements we had to comply with for the Hindu traditions & funeral rites. The casket flowers and the order of service we arranged through them were beautiful. Charles Stephens Funeral Directors is a long established firm, founded with a history stretching back 125 years and has several branches on the Wirral. A family run firm with excellent proven experience of a caring nature catering with families who have lost a loved one, so they exactly what type of arrangements need to be completed and do so in a compassionate way supporting families of the bereaved as best they can. I know this to be true. The firm is very dependable and can be counted on 100% at a time when you sady lose someone. The grieving process can be very stressful, arrangements can be difficult but Charles Stephens know their business and on the Wirral are well respected and deserve an awful lot of credit.

Sadly we lost my father in law in December, so we contacted Charles Stephen’s rock ferry as my father in law chose them in his funeral pre paid plan. Nothing was too much as they took over everything, we had 1st class service from all at Charles Stephen’s, they were there at the end of the phone or an email at all times.Richard B. was our funeral director he explained everything, he was there for all our questions and advice needed. The day of the funeral it all run smoothly , the cars are beautiful, the service was outstanding, as I said before 1st class service. I would Definitley recommend to use Charles Stephen’s as there funeral directors as they gave us peace of mind at this very sad time, knowing it was all taken care of, we put our complete trust in them, I can’t thank everyone enough at C.S. for going out there way and providing a brilliant service. thank you .
