The moment my family and I made contact with Andrew and his team, we knew we would have the stress taken away from us. We met Andrew personally and he explained everything. Respected our wishes, advised and answered our questions with compassion.
The whole package for Mum’s funeral was carried off with dignity. I personally was dreading the funeral at the Crematorium Burscough, but the surroundings and the peaceful setting made it a beautiful celebration of Mum’s life.
Without Andrew and his team we would not have coped.
Even now we are being helped arranging Mum’s ashes to be interred by Andrew. He will arrange this for us and be at the Cemetery to assist. Mum deserved the very best and Andrew Roughly delivered for our family. Thankyou so much

The family wish to thank Andrew and his team for their kindness and professionalism. This began with Andrew's home visit which was both informative and supportive at such a difficult time. He offered help in all areas including things we had not even considered. We all appreciated the calming environment of the Chapel of Rest facility and the team was very accommodating and flexible in meeting our needs. We also valued the reverent and faultness manner with which Andrew and his team carried out their duties on the day itself which was of great comfort to us. We would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

I sadly lost my husband on Christmas Day. Andrew and his team were respectful, caring and compassionate to us all from the first time I spoke to him. He came out to our house on Christmas Day. It was a dignified process from start to finish.
He led us through an extremely difficult time, talking us through everything we needed to do. On our visits to the chapel, the whole team were caring and supportive.
The day of the funeral went very smoothly due to the care and professionalism of the whole team. My sons were anxious about carrying their dad but Andrew and his team were reassuring and supportive every step of the way.

I honestly can’t thank Andrew and his team enough for the help, the guidance and the care they expressed not only to my lovely mum when she passed suddenly but also to us as a family!
In what was the hardest times myself and my sister have had to face, Andrew made things so easy for us. His compassion, Care and Kindness is truly amazing.
He helped to guided us through the whole process and kept me updated at every stage.
I Visited chapel to see mum on quite a few occasions, and the team really went above and beyond for me. Andrew planned and organised the perfect send off for mum.

Losing our mum so suddenly was devastating, but Andrew guided us through every step of the process with care, patience, and understanding. He took the time to listen to our wishes and to ensure that mum’s funeral reflected her life and her values.
