Lessha and all the team were very professional and understanding our requirements for our mum .
They looked after our Mum with special requests which Alex Taylor filled and more.

The team at Alex Taylor Upton were fantastic, I cannot speak highly enough of them. They took care of everything with regards my mums funeral and came up with some very helpful suggestions along the way to make sure things went to plan , very considerate throughout. The whole family would like to thank Alex Taylor for handling mums funeral. From the initial contact to the after care offered, they could not have been more thoughtful and professional.
Irene initially looked after us and ensured that we had everything arranged exactly as we wanted. I felt as if a huge weight had been lifted off me once i had spoken with Irene and she made me feel completely confident that she would take personal responsibility of all of the arrangements. Irene even took the time and effort to making sure that mum looked as peaceful as possible when we visited her in the Chapel of rest.
Gaynor rang us approximately 1 week after mums funeral just to check we were all coping ok.
Irene, Gaynor, Mark the Funeral Director and all of the drivers could not have done any more to help us at such a difficult and emotional time.
Alex Taylor really do care and we cannot recommend them highly enough.
