From start to finish the service I received from the lovely staff at William & Bell was second to none. Both Jan and Joe were so kind friendly and most of all supportive whilst I was arranging my uncles funeral. Nothing was too much trouble. They kept in touch and gave me all the advice and guidance I needed. On the day Joe was there to help and support us. She was outstanding in every way. She explained what would happen during the service and was there for us every step of the way. She didn’t leave until she was sure we were all ok.
Since the funeral I have had numerous phone calls ensuring we are ok and advising they are there for us should we need any further help. All in all on such a sad occasion they made every step more bearable with their knowledge, support and kindness. A massive thanks again to all the staff for such a personable experience.

We cannot thank Jan, Jo and all the Upton team enough for the care, compassion and professionalism they showed our family during such a difficult time. From the first contact to the last, everyone was incredibly kind, understanding and patient, providing comfort when we needed it most.
Every detail was handled seamlessly, and nothing was too much trouble, keeping us informed and supported throughout the process.

You hope you never need the services of a funeral director, but Williams and Bell were brilliant. Very clear, understanding and caring. Very well organised. Every member of staff was exceptional. Can't thank them enough for what they did.

Jo and Jan made a horrible time a little better. Both friendly and professional and asset to you company. For a small branch in Upton on the Wirral would highly recommend. Nothing was too much and both empathetic to my mums needs

The team at Alex Taylor Upton were fantastic, I cannot speak highly enough of them. They took care of everything with regards my mums funeral and came up with some very helpful suggestions along the way to make sure things went to plan , very considerate throughout. Big thank you to all the team and especially to Liessa, Joanne and Glenn. Would certainly recommend
